Cooking From Frozen:

Remove all packaging. Place on a lightly greased baking tray and put into an oven pre-heasted to 200°c (Gas mark 6) and cook for 30-35 minutes until pastry is crisp and fish cooked through. (In a non fan assisted oven, cooking time may take longer).

Cooking times may vary according to oven type, ensure food is piping hot before serving.

Cooking From Frozen:

Remove all packaging.

Oven Bake From Frozen: Place onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of an oven preheated to 200ºC (Gas Mark 6) , Fan 180ºC for 35 – 40 minutes (Use a pizza-style tray or baking rack to ensure the bottom cooks through for the best results.) until the pastry is crisp & fish cooked through. 

Air Fry from Frozen - Place in the fryer preheated to 160ºC & cook for 35 minutes until piping hot. Ensure the fish is cooked thoroughly.
